Return Timescales

In line with UK consumer law, you may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please email info@conlacasa.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Please note:

• Returns are subject to a £2 handling fee, deducted from your refund.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@conlacasa.co.uk as soon as possible with photos and details. We’ll assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.
